The Guardian Living Eligibility Tool is designed to help you understand whether you may be eligible for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). By guiding you through a series of questions about your individual circumstances, the tool provides an indication of your potential eligibility while also helping you identify the information and supporting evidence that may be needed for an SDA application.

At Guardian Living, our team can support you throughout every stage of the SDA journey—from understanding eligibility to finding a home that meets your needs and goals for greater independence.

Note: This tool reflects our best effort to help you understand your potential SDA eligibility. Both the NDIS and SDA frameworks continue to evolve, and decisions made by the NDIA may sometimes differ from the assumptions used in developing this tool.
