Our Story
Built from experience, care and local knowledge
We were formed through the merger of two organisations that had each spent years doing the same thing: helping people with disability find homes where they feel safe, valued and genuinely at home. Guardian Living brought deep roots in Victoria from 2016, building and managing SDA houses, villas and apartments with a strong focus on local participant needs and housing pathways. Apollo SDA brought a proven track record across Queensland and New South Wales, with a participant-led approach grounded in the lived experience of its founders who understood firsthand what it means to search for the right home for a loved one with disability.
