    Frequently Asked Questions

    SDA is NDIS-funded housing for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. It funds the building itself — purpose-built or significantly modified with accessibility and safety features — not the day-to-day support services delivered inside it. Those are funded separately, usually through Supported Independent Living (SIL).
