Guardian Living Australia (GLA) are market leaders in the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and accessible housing. GLA has assembled a team of industry experts with extensive experience in the provision of best practice housing and support models, long before the SDA framework was established. We pride ourselves on offering a wholistic approach to SDA ranging from understanding market supply and demand, project due diligence, design, construction, project management, tenant identification, integration of support through to tenant transition into best practice universal housing.
Our mission is to provide accessible housing options to Australians living with a disability.
GLA is a registered SDA Provider and we offer SDA/accessible housing consultancy. Our reputation is further underpinned by representation on both versions of the Federal Government SDA Reference Group, founding members and Board member of the SDA Alliance industry peak body, managing a significant pipeline of SDA projects for various well known SDA institutional Funds and having a trusted relationship with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and other industry stakeholders.
