    Lirica is a mid rise 50 apartment complex situated in the Edgewater precinct. There are 8 innovatively designed 1 bedroom apartments suitable for people with either High Physical Support or Fully Accessible SDA eligibility. There is 24 hour onsite shared support provided.

    We are currently looking for prospective tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity to ask questions and meet the team involved in bringing this development to Maribyrnong.
