Our tenant is family oriented supported by her two children, and was previously a carer for her son. She is also supported by her sisters, and enjoys being outdoors, often working on her garden prior to her stroke.

Her preference is to live with a female of similar age and interests.

Winter Valley is a new suburb set in a semi-rural location.

Ballarat town centre, shopping, transport hub, hospital, lake and parks are located within 7 km of the property.
