    All Guardian Living housing sites are carefully picked to support better outcomes for individuals with a disability, and to further enhance the independence they can achieve in an SDA dwelling. This is the first step in our property procurement process. Through extensive market research and long-term relationship with market leaders in development and real estate, Guardian Living ensures all our homes are well located and cater for people with a variety of lifestyles and community interests.

    All our dwellings are within easy walking or wheeling reach of accessible shopping districts, entertainment centres and public transport. This minimises day to day costs and the requirement or need for alternative transport. Other considerations include the distance to recreation opportunities including parks and swimming pools as well as regularly accessed supports such as health and hospital services.
