Guardian Living

Since 2016 we have specialised in creating high-quality SDA where individuals with disabilities and high support needs can live with confidence and independence. We develop new SDA houses, villas and apartments across Australia, with a particular focus on Melbourne and regional Victoria.

From our beginnings as a developer, we’ve grown to become a full SDA provider—this means we do more than just hand over the keys. We’re here to support you every step of the way, from tenancy management to maintenance and personalised assistance. Our goal is to ensure that every tenant feels secure, valued and in control of their future.
