GLA Covid19 Statement
Guardian Living Australia is closely monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and we are continuously implementing appropriate management strategies to keep everyone safe. We have established and implemented a series of organisational initiatives designed to protect the well-being of our staff, their families and all of the wonderful people we engage with, particularly current tenants and their support teams, and potential new tenants of our housing projects.
Our entire team continues to work safely from home, attending meetings via video conferencing to ensure the absolute safety of all concerned. We have taken a conservative approach of not using our office for the foreseeable future until it is entirely safe to do so. This temporary working arrangement does not impact our capability or capacity to respond in a timely manner and to continue to deliver our exciting new housing projects, and support tenants in collaboration with our project partners.
Guardian Living Australia continues to monitor and act on any advice issued by the World Health Organisation, the Australian Government, State Governments and their Health Departments. We are acutely aware of the directives currently in place regarding restrictions on access to SDA properties in Victoria. We appreciate your understanding in this time of incredibly challenging circumstances. We remain committed to delivering high quality accessible housing options and supporting people to transition from current living arrangements into new, more suitable housing. We are in close contact with all our transition partners to ensure our approaches in this environment are well aligned to ensure safety for everyone.
